The Graz Economics Blog (GEB) was created in 2012 by a group of economics students at the University of Graz and serves as a discussion platform for students, alumni and faculty. It covers a wide range of topic reasonably related to the field of economics. The blog is bilingual, with an English section dealing with international issues and a German section which focuses on Austria-specific topics.
The GEB is organized and maintained by members of the Economics Club Graz, a network of economics alumni at the University of Graz. We emphasize that entries on this blog reflect the personal views of the authors and not necessarily the one of the Institute of Economics or the Graz Economics Club.
You do not need to have an account in order to comment on posts of the GEB. Discuss, criticize, and participate! For in the Words of Friedrich Hayek, “We shall not grow wiser before we learn that much that we have done was very foolish.”
If you are a student, alumna/alumnus or faculty member of the Institute of Economics in Graz and you want to write blog entries on a regular basis, please contact the Economics Club. We are looking forward to receiving your contributions and having vivid discussions on all kind of issues.
